CONTINUING EDUCATION

Continuing Education is offered year round by Dorothee VandeWalle. Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced systems workshops are offered each year as well as guest teacher seminars.

INTERMEDIATE SYSTEM WORKSHOP

Taught by April Tillman

This workshop focuses on the techniques of the intermediate system and how to progress clients from basic to intermediate exercises. Once your clients have a strong basic foundation, they're ready to start moving in a more elaborate way. The intermediate system is the next step. It is a vast system that benefits the majority of one's clients.

This workshop is a great course for Pilates teachers who are ready to take their clients to the next level and want a refresher on how to progress them through the continuum of exercises.

This workshop is open to all certified instructors.

ADVANCED SYSTEM WORKSHOP

Taught by Dorothee VandeWalle

This workshop introduces students to the full repertoire of advanced exercises and pulls together all the principles of the Pilates system.

For instructors who want to challenge the more athletic client, this workshop also focuses on finding the appropriate exercises for each body type. This is an invigorating and inspiring workshop. Come ready to sweat!
